Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 working days to let you know your order is on the way! We always do our best but being typical Fen people we do work at a slower pace than most!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days using Etsy.  We do not ship outside of the UK at this time. We're super sorry about that Bor, but as we grow we will expand, obviously!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fencowboys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
